What This Cohort Is
Coaching Unscripted is a small, tight-knit group (8–12 coaches) designed to help you:
Strengthen coaching muscles through improv-based skill development—presence, agility, storytelling, and listening
Apply these skills in real time: bring current client challenges to practice and explore together
Get feedback, support, and peer connection from fellow coaches (because coaching can be lonely, and community matters)
Each session blends skill-building for you as a coach and opportunities to explore tools you can bring into client work

FAQ
Do I need improv experience?
No. All activities are beginner-friendly and focused on coaching applications.
Will sessions be recorded?
To protect confidentiality and foster open sharing, sessions will not be recorded.
What’s the refund or cancellation policy?
We know plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
Deposit: The $200 deposit is non-refundable once you register.
Balance payments: If you cancel on or before January 12, 2026 (the balance-due date), we’ll refund any payments you’ve made beyond the deposit.
After January 12: No refunds will be issued.
Transfers: If something comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your seat to another coach with Mallory’s approval any time before January 19, 2026 (one week before the first session).
Will there be future cohorts?
Yes. A longer 2026 series is being planned. The founding cohort gets priority access and pilot pricing.
